Our 3rd visit
Once again we have enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. Communication with the host was always prompt and helpful. The villa is spotlessly clean and well kept. Set in such a tranquil spot, we were spoilt by the peace and quiet particularly around the pool area. Visits from the local wildlife daily, especially the bunnies that seemed to come and watch us having our morning coffee by the pool ;) we look forward to returning.

Alan and Ann's lovely home
We choose the villa originally for location as we were on a Disney/Universal holiday and wanted to be just off main track. It did not disappoint they have given the holiday home the perfect touches. There’s TVs in each room (we managed to keep the kids away from them) by using the pool and fuzball table in the garage. The pool was very clean and warm and very relaxing after being on feet at parks all day. The kitchen comes stocked with every utensil/pot (just add your food).The beds are so comfy we all had perfect night's sleep and the AC fans are noiseless. I would highly recommend their beautiful home to all my friends and family. We will be back.

Dream home for magical holiday
We have just returned from two weeks in this Florida home and it was amazing .
Fantastic communication from Alan nothing was too much trouble and code for door and arrival details emailed to us exactly when they said. The villa is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for an amazing holiday. Beds were super comfy , we had the one with on suite and my daughter and her boyfriend had the other double room and used the family bathroom next door.
The pool , what can I say we all loved it . Temperature was perfect , private not overlooked by anyone and nothing but nature reserve to sit back and look at whilst enjoying a meal or barbeque which we did a few times,Inflatable's and spray guns available which my daughter loved plenty of outdoor sitting.The villa was in a lovely peaceful area close to restaurants,Publix’s and Disney being only 25 min's away depending on traffic, universal was about 35 min's. but nice easy drive .
We have stayed in Disney a couple of times but have to say we prefer a villa . It is cheaper but it is also nice having more than just a room to go back to ,you don’t have to eat out all the time and having your own pool is great. We have stayed in villas the last few times we have been but I have to say this has been by far the best .

Ideal holiday base for Theme Parks
Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Clean, tidy and very well equipped. Good quality fixtures and fittings and comfy beds. The pool is great and always warm with no hidden charges like other places. Big driveway with easy parking by the door. The games room in the garage was a nice touch. Decent location close to facilities and parks but far enough away that you don't feel swamped by Disney! I would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation

Wonderful villa
We couldn't have asked for a better villa for our stay in Orlando. All the information provided by Alan before we arrived was really helpful and clear. The villa was so wonderfully clean and welcoming when we arrived and our children were straight in the pool (which was where they spent as much time as possible on our rest days). The pool was a perfect temperature and wasn't overlooked so was a lovely place to spend time.The villa really did have everything we needed and we would definitely hope to stay here again.

Great Vacation
We had a great 4 week vacation and found Alan and Ann's villa very comfortable and well equipped. It is well located in a quiet smart suburb with good access to main road networks (i4 west and east, 417 and 429 tolls and not far to 192 and 27). We were provided with ample information prior to arrival and Alan and Ann were always available by email for questions and further information. On arrival, the villa was clean and well maintained. The pool was a nice temperature utilising all that Florida sunshine for solar support! We are very happy to recommend Alan and Ann's villa.

Perfect Villa in a Perfect Location
Due to Hurricane Milton, our plans had to change at short notice. Alan offered us an additional 3 nights prior to our 2 week stay and am extremely grateful. This is certainly a home from home in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. As it was Halloween most houses were decorated. All you needed was provided by Alan prior to our visit including directions and what local amenities are available. Perfectly located for the parks especially Disney. We only did Universal but still only a short drive away. Champion’s gate and the 192 all close with a vast array of shops and restaurants. Villa was very clean and spacious and pool/games room an excellent retreat during our downtime. Would like to thank Alan for a wonderful stay and look forward to going back in the near future.

Lovely and safe stay in Alan & Ann’s Villa
We had a perfect holiday in the sunshine state staying in Alan and Ann’s amazing villa. They were both extremely accommodating, especially with adding a couple extra nights to our stay prior to our arrival, and loading with cleaners regarding a slightly late check out to facilitate us having somewhere to stay whilst waiting for our flight home. Villa has everything you’d need for a holiday and more, we instantly felt at home the moment we walked through the door. Although it’s smaller than villas we have stayed in before, we much preferred this size as we felt it was the perfect size for just the two of us, but could of easily accommodated whole families without being on top of each other (Never stepped foot in one bedroom, and used the other as a dressing room!) Hurricane Milton came during our stay, Alan rang us on multiple occasions to check we were ready and prepared, gave us advice both verbally and via email and then rang the next day to ensure we were ok. We have never had that kind care and personal touch shown to us whilst on holiday before and it honestly made the experience a lot less scary than it could have been! The villa and surrounding areas withstood the hurricane really well and by following the advice sent to us we felt as safe as we possibly could do! The management company went above and beyond during our stay (Changing a fire alarm battery within hours after the hurricane passed through even though they had other pressing matters) and were available for any other issues during our stay. 11/10 will definitely book again when we return to Florida.

Wonderful villa for a Florida holiday
We had an amazing holiday at this villa with our two sons, aged 11 and 9. The villa was a home from home and had everything we could possibly need. The highlight was the large pool which we all loved to relax in between Theme park days. The pool overlooks a conservation area so was very private and quiet. The road and development where the villa is based is also very quiet and felt really safe. Alan was hugely helpful and a delight to book with. We would love to return in the future!

We had an absolutely lovely honeymoon in this great villa. Convenient for all facilities while being a quiet neighbourhood. There was a lovely touch of a bottle of Prosecco and a balloon for our honeymoon. This is the second time we have stayed in this villa and will certainly be staying there again.

From beginning to end great communication and very good villa details, directions and advice from Alan and Ann. Villa is in a great spot, have stayed in Orlando before a number of times and this location the best so far, cut down travelling time to and from attractions and malls, but as always I4 is best avoided! Villa has everything you need; sadly we didn’t have much sunshine but still enjoyed the villa. Pool warmer than any others have rented before heating and cover definitely work well.

This property is everything you need in a holiday villa, it was clean well equipped with everything you could ever want from pool toys to cooler beach toys ,chairs even an umbrella for the rainstorm, the pool was a welcomed relief after tramping around the parks and was well maintained, could not fault this property one bit , we wanted our granddaughter to have happy memories of her first trip to Orlando and stopping at your villa did that with abundance, the villa was everything you said it was and more and was a lovely retreat after a hard day at the parks. Clean and comfortable villa with a well equipped kitchen has everything you need. Huge pool and patio area with a gas BBQ that’s free to use!! Great location, 5 min's to Champions Gate and the I 4. 10 min's to the “192”, 15 min's to Disney. Plenty of restaurants and a Publix supermarket in the area. Good communication with the owner with easy to follow directions to villa and instructions once you get there.

Lovely stay and Alan and Ann’s villa. It was enough for just the two of us to come and go, have a dip in the pool on some days or returning from a day at the parks. Good location, not too far to travel. Pool was suggested as heated, but we didn’t feel it, although pool was not cold either. Just an option for an evening swim. We would recommend staying there.

We recently stayed in this lovely villa for 5 nights and we had a fabulous stay. This villa is located in a very quiet residential area of Davenport which is close to shops and petrol station and Interstate 4 highway for driving into Orlando parks, outlet malls, restaurants and downtown. This villa has 3 lovely bedrooms and nice open plan kitchen with dining and living room. It also has a large private pool overlooking greenery which is heated with solar heater and there’s no additional charge for pool heating. This villa has everything that one would need for a comfortable family vacation whether you like to stay by the pool and enjoy a BBQ and kids playing games in the games room or need a place for a big family to travel to Orlando parks and attractions. I would highly recommend this villa and the owner Alan is very responsive and organised everything for us with the management company for a nice holiday in Orlando. We will definitely be back again soon.

The villa was so inviting when we arrived, as it was dark a few lights had been left on, which was a nice touch. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and even little extras like pool and beach toys. The pool backs onto greenery so was not overlooked other than from the villa next door, which was empty during our stay, so very private. We saw birds and rabbits almost every day. There is some traffic noise from the main road and because we had a week of very low temperatures in January it was too cold for the pool heating to work for a while, but that is just one of those things, once it warmed up again the pool slowly started to heat again. Having said that, when the temperatures were as expected the pool was very toasty. Communication with Alan and Ann was brilliant, Alan always responded so quickly to any emails I sent, which was much appreciated. Just a tip for anyone going, the I4 can get very, very busy if travelling into Disney, we found the Old Lake Wilson road a much quieter option and a much more pleasant road. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again or recommend to others.

If ever you wanted to feel at home whilst on holiday, this is the place to be. Clean, tidy, homely and welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere from the minute you open up the front door on arrival. We absolutely loved are stay here once again and the first time for a young 2 year old. the pool was more than adequate in size, fun in the games room and a spacious property for our family of 4. What was more important for us as well was the simplicity to book the villa, and ease at how the process from start to finish until we departed was. Thank you! We will be back

Having booked a last minute break I knew it was going to be difficult to find a good villa, I needn’t have worried what a great find this villa was. The villa just happened to be free on the one week that I needed. Quick response from the owner and simple clear instructions made this a pleasant transaction. The villa was just as described and the directions to it were clear. House itself was spotless and obviously well kept, beds were comfy and although we ate out every day there was every appliance you could require. Outside the pool was lovely and at a good temperature. All in all you would be hard pushed to find any fault.
Loads to do round about and Uber’s do not cost a fortune even to universal. I would recommend this villa to family and friends.

Absolutely perfect villa. Location was perfect for us to get to theme parks and was great having restaurants and shops so close at Champions Gate. Saw lots of wildlife at the villa too -
We were lucky to see the trick or treaters walking around the community and also the community garage sale! It’s just a lovely area! The villa had everything we could wish for and more! The pool area is fantastic and I spent as much time as I could there! Plenty of pool inflatables to play with too and comfy loungers. Kitchen has everything you’ll ever need.
Garage had plenty to keep my son happy and even though we didn’t use them, the bikes were a nice touch! Lovely and clean throughout and well maintained. Plenty of towels for beach and shower. The owners are great at keeping in touch and provided us with loads of info for our stay.
I can’t fault anything and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at this lovely home.

The information supplied by Alan was 1st. class, directions from the airport straight to the villa, never a wrong turn. He gave us security details to enter the villa again spot on. My wife and I are quite particular around our house but as we entered the villa, we felt at home. It was clean, everything in place and immaculate. The location is very peaceful and quiet, and we have fallen in love with Sunridge Woods, waiting to go back again.
